Kristin advocates for addressing education problems through solutions grounded in community engagement, where all our community members are connected to students' learning and development. She believes the greatest threat to students' academic success is stress, and she has robust ideas about how we can leverage our community's strengths to mitigate stress for our students, teachers, support staff, and parents and improve our educational outcomes. Educational outcomes play a vital role in the development and maintenance of a thriving economic community, and Kristin actively supports the flourishing of her community in every way she can.
